Teresa Nelson is the founder and Executive Director of N The Know Cares 4 U, bringing more than 30 years of leadership, project management, marketing, operations, and community service experience to the organization. Her passion for serving others led her to create programs focused on food assistance, senior and veteran support, youth outreach, scholarships, and essential resources for families experiencing hardship. Teresa’s leadership is rooted in compassion, accountability, faith, and a commitment to creating sustainable solutions that promote dignity, stability, and long-term community impact.

Delores C. Wilson is a retired Federal Agent and experienced community leader with a strong background in public service, education, board leadership, and nonprofit involvement. As Chair of the Board of Directors, she brings decades of leadership experience, a deep commitment to community service, and a passion for supporting veterans, seniors, families, and individuals facing hardship. Her dedication to service and community impact strengthens the mission and long-term vision of N The Know Cares 4 U.

Crystal Wilburn, Broker, PMP, CPTM, EA Crystal Wilburn is an experienced business and financial professional with nearly three decades of expertise in mortgage, real estate, investment, consulting, and financial education. As Treasurer, she brings strong knowledge of financial management, strategic planning, organizational development, and community empowerment. Tamara Woody

Tamara Woody is a retired United States Marine Corps veteran with 20 years of honorable service, an MBA, and a strong background in leadership, education, and community volunteerism. Her experience includes teaching financial literacy, computer technology, job readiness, and life skills, as well as supporting families experiencing homelessness and financial hardship. As Secretary, Tamara brings disciplined leadership, practical service experience, and a deep commitment to helping individuals and families build greater stability.
