Affordable Housing Initiative

N The Know Cares 4 U, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization

N The Know Cares 4 U is expanding its community impact by developing safe, stable, and affordable housing opportunities for seniors, veterans, and families experiencing financial hardship in Collin County and surrounding communities.

Through our Affordable Housing Initiative, our organization will plan, develop, and operate supportive and workforce housing designed to provide long-term housing stability and improve quality of life.

Our housing program will include:

• Supportive housing for seniors on fixed incomes
• Workforce housing for essential and service workers
• Transitional housing for families in crisis
• Veteran-focused housing opportunities
• Small-footprint cottage homes designed for affordability and efficiency

Each housing resident will have access to wrap-around services including food assistance, community resources, and life-stability support.

Our goal is to reduce housing instability and strengthen the community by combining affordable housing with supportive services.

N The Know Cares 4 U intends to partner with local municipalities, housing agencies, and community stakeholders to increase the supply of affordable housing and serve households most impacted by rising housing costs.
